My daughter and I stumbled upon this
little guy on a recent trip to Target.
It is Nordic Ware's Pocket Pie Press.
You roll out your pastry dough, cut, fill, then
crimp and seal using this little guy.
Sounds easy enough right.
Not so much.
I was expecting something like this...
Our dough kept sticking to the
pie press, no matter how much flour we used.
And it didn't really crimp very well either.
Oh well, live and learn.
They were still pretty tasty.
I think next time we will just
make them the good old fashioned way.
